مرحبًا بك في BeitiMart. باستخدامك لموقعنا أو طلبك لأي منتج عبر الموقع أو الرسائل (فيسبوك/إنستجرام/تيك توك/واتساب)، فأنت توافق على الشروط التالية:

1) التعريف بالخدمة

  • BeitiMart متجر لمنتجات الديكور والأثاث المنزلي والمكتبي والداخلي والخارجي.

  • يتم البيع عبر:

    • الموقع الإلكتروني (مع الدفع عند الاستلام COD)

    • الرسائل الخاصة (DM) عبر منصات التواصل

    • واتساب

2) الطلبات وتأكيدها

  • أي طلب يعتبر غير نهائي إلا بعد تأكيده من فريق BeitiMart (رسالة/مكالمة/واتساب).

  • يحق لنا رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب في حالات مثل:

    • عدم توفر المنتج

    • وجود خطأ في السعر أو وصف المنتج

    • عدم إمكانية الوصول للعميل أو تأكيد الطلب

3) الأسعار والدفع

  • الأسعار معروضة بالجنيه المصري (EGP).

  • طريقة الدفع الأساسية: الدفع عند الاستلام (COD).

  • في حال وجود عروض أو خصومات: تكون صالحة خلال فترة محددة حسب الإعلان عنها.

4) الشحن والتسليم

  • نطاق التسليم الأساسي: القاهرة والجيزة (وقد يتوفر شحن لمحافظات أخرى حسب الاتفاق).

  • مدة التوصيل تقديرية وقد تختلف حسب الضغط أو المنطقة.

  • يرجى التأكد من صحة بيانات العنوان ورقم الهاتف لتجنب تأخير الطلب.

5) رفض الاستلام ورسوم الشحن

  • في حالة رفض العميل استلام الطلب عند الوصول دون وجود عيب أو خطأ من BeitiMart:

    • يلتزم العميل بسداد رسوم الشحن/التوصيل.

6) فحص المنتج عند الاستلام

  • يُفضل فحص المنتج عند الاستلام مباشرة.

  • في حالة وجود كسر/تلف ظاهر أو اختلاف بالمنتج:

    • يرجى تصوير المنتج فورًا (صور + فيديو قصير) والتواصل معنا خلال 24 ساعة.

7) الاستبدال والاسترجاع

  • تخضع عمليات الاستبدال والاسترجاع لسياسة Return & Exchange Policy المنشورة على الموقع.

  • المنتجات المصنوعة حسب الطلب/التخصيص (Custom / Made to order) لا تُسترجع ولا تُستبدل إلا في حالة عيب تصنيع.

8) استخدام الموقع والمحتوى

  • كل محتوى الموقع (صور، تصميمات، نصوص، شعارات) مملوك لـ BeitiMart ولا يجوز استخدامه أو نسخه بدون إذن.

9) حدود المسؤولية

  • BeitiMart غير مسؤولة عن تأخير ناتج عن ظروف خارجة عن الإرادة مثل الظروف الطارئة أو تأخير شركات الشحن.

  • أي اختلاف بسيط في اللون قد يحدث بسبب اختلاف الشاشات والإضاءة.

 

Welcome to BeitiMart. By using our website or placing an order via the website or through DM/WhatsApp, you agree to the following terms:

1) Our Service

  • BeitiMart offers home & office decor and indoor/outdoor furniture.

  • Orders can be placed via:

    • Website (Cash on Delivery – COD)

    • Social media DMs

    • WhatsApp

2) Orders & Confirmation

  • An order is not final until confirmed by BeitiMart (message/call/WhatsApp).

  • We may refuse or cancel orders in cases such as:

    • Item unavailability

    • Pricing/description errors

    • Inability to reach the customer for confirmation

3) Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed in EGP.

  • Main payment method: Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • Discounts/offers apply for limited periods as announced.

4) Shipping & Delivery

  • Primary delivery area: Cairo & Giza (other areas may be available upon agreement).

  • Delivery time is an estimate and may vary depending on location and workload.

  • Customers must provide accurate address and phone details.

5) Refused Deliveries & Shipping Fees

  • If the customer refuses to receive the order without a valid defect or mistake by BeitiMart:

    • The customer must pay the shipping/delivery fees.

6) Checking Items on Delivery

  • Please inspect the item upon delivery.

  • If there is visible damage or a wrong item:

    • Send clear photos + a short video within 24 hours.

7) Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Return & Exchange Policy.

  • Custom / made-to-order items are not returnable/exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

8) Website Content

  • All content (images, designs, text, logos) is owned by BeitiMart and may not be used without permission.

9) Liability Limitations

  • BeitiMart is not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control.

  • Slight color differences may occur due to screen/lighting variations.
