سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

نهدف لتقديم منتجات بجودة ممتازة. لو حصل أي مشكلة، دي سياستنا بشكل واضح:

1) الاستبدال

  • الاستبدال متاح خلال 48 ساعة من الاستلام.

  • يشترط أن يكون المنتج:

    • بنفس حالته الأصلية

    • غير مستخدم

    • وبـ التغليف الأصلي (إن وُجد)

  • الاستبدال يكون في الحالات التالية:

    • وصول المنتج بعيب تصنيع

    • وصول المنتج مخدوش/مكسور بسبب الشحن

    • وصول منتج مختلف عن المطلوب

✅ ملاحظة مهمة:
يلزم تصوير المنتج فور الاستلام (صور واضحة + فيديو قصير) وإرسالها لنا خلال 24 ساعة.

2) الاسترجاع (Refund)

  • الاسترجاع متاح خلال 24 ساعة من الاستلام فقط في الحالات التالية:

    • المنتج وصل تالف / مكسور

    • المنتج مختلف عن الطلب

    • عيب تصنيع واضح يمنع الاستخدام

  • في حالة الموافقة على الاسترجاع:

    • يتم استلام المنتج أولاً وفحصه.

    • ثم يتم رد المبلغ حسب طريقة الدفع المتاحة (تحويل/محفظة/وسيلة يتم الاتفاق عليها).

3) حالات لا تشملها السياسة

لا يمكن الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع في الحالات التالية:

  • تغيير رأي بعد الاستلام (طالما المنتج سليم ومطابق)

  • استخدام المنتج أو تركيبه بطريقة خاطئة

  • تلف بسبب سوء الاستخدام أو النقل بعد الاستلام

  • طلب تصميم/مقاس/لون خاص حسب الطلب (Custom / Made to order) — لا يُسترجع ولا يُستبدل إلا في حالة عيب تصنيع

4) رسوم الشحن

  • لو الخطأ من عندنا أو من الشحن (تالف/مختلف/عيب): BeitiMart تتحمل رسوم الشحن.

  • لو الاستبدال/الإلغاء بسبب رغبة العميل بدون عيب: العميل يتحمل رسوم الشحن (ذهاب/عودة إذا لزم).

5) الفحص عند الاستلام

يرجى فحص المنتج عند الاستلام قبل تأكيد الاستلام النهائي. لو في مشكلة واضحة، بلغنا فورًا.

We aim to deliver high-quality products. If anything goes wrong, here is our policy:

1) Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The item must be:

    • in original condition

    • unused

    • with original packaging (if applicable)

  • Exchanges are accepted for:

    • manufacturing defects

    • damage caused during shipping (scratches/breakage)

    • receiving a wrong item

✅ Important:
Please send clear photos + a short video within 24 hours of delivery to confirm the issue.

2) Returns (Refunds)

  • Returns are available within 24 hours of delivery only if:

    • the item arrived damaged/broken

    • the item is different from what was ordered

    • a clear manufacturing defect prevents proper use

  • If a return is approved:

    • The item will be collected and inspected first.

    • Then the refund will be processed via an agreed method (bank transfer / wallet / etc.).

3) Non-returnable / Non-exchangeable Items

We cannot accept returns/exchanges in these cases:

  • change of mind after delivery (if item is correct & undamaged)

  • item used, installed, or mishandled

  • damage caused after delivery

  • custom / made-to-order items (special size/color/design) — not returnable/exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect

4) Shipping Fees

  • If the issue is our fault or shipping damage: BeitiMart covers shipping fees.

  • If it’s customer preference (no defect): customer pays all shipping fees (including return shipping if applicable).

5) Check on Delivery

Please inspect the item upon delivery before final acceptance. If there’s a visible issue, contact us immediately.
